Mausam storms ahead, Rascals rule the roost
Bollywood made its presence felt through a whole host of events around the country.

The cast of Rascals, was present at the film's music launch. Its leading lady, Kangana Ranaut, however, was conspicuous by her absence; the producers of Rascals have admitted that there has been a fallout with the actress.
Mausam, whose release has been under a dark cloud till now, has finally found its silver lining; the cast and crew of the film held a press conference to elaborate.

Mausam was to premiere at the ongoing Toronto International Film Festival before it was pulled out at the last moment.
The Indian Air Force (IAF) raised objections to certain scenes in the film which depict Shahid Kapoor flying the special F-16 fighter jets. Shahid plays an Air Force officer in the film while Sonam plays his love interest. -
Actor-turned-director Pankaj Kapoor with his wife, former actress Supriya Pathak. The couple are joined by Pankaj Kapoor's son Shahid (by his first wife, Neelima Azeem) and Mausam leading lady, Sonam Kapoor.
Mausam was all set to release this Friday (September 16, 2011), but will now release on the September 23, after the makers took time procuring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Indian Air Force. -

The film's leading lady, Kangana Ranaut, was missing in action. Rascals co-producer, Sunil Ahluwalia, had this to say about her: "We do have issues with Kangana. She has this starry attitude". -
Ali Zafar, fresh off the successive success of his debut Tere Bin Laden and the recent Yash Raj blockbuster Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, is hoping for a hat-trick with his new film.
Titled London, Paris, New York, the film is being produced by Hollywood's biggest production house, Warner Bros. It's a fun, romantic comedy that pans across the world, much as the title suggests. -
Yeh Saali Zindagi actress Aditi Rao plays the lead opposite Zafar.
Sudhir Mishra's Yeh Saali Zindagi featured her in a highly unconventional role. She was paired opposite hunky actor Arunoday Singh and was required to perform several intimate sequences with him. The film garnered her rave reviews for her strong-but-vulnerable performance. -
Band Baaja Baaraat actor Ranveer Singh shakes a leg with the King of dance himself, Hrithik Roshan.
Ranveer, who is busy with production for his next film, Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl, is an exceptional dancer himself. The two were spotted on the sets of Hrithik's reality show, Just Dance.

The actress, who has been missing from the screen for a while now, will next be seen in Sudhir Mishra's long-delayed Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, opposite Neil Nitin Mukesh.
She will also be seen in Deepa Mehta's adaptation of Salman Rushdie's bestselling novel, Midnight's Children. Rushdie himself has written the screenplay. The movie is titled Winds of Change and will release next year.
