The other bigwigs from the music world, who are likely to join the tribute are Whitney Houston and Lionel Richie.
Shaheen Jafargholi, who performed at last month's memorial concert for Jackson, will sing his version of Who's Loving You.
The concert is being planned in London, where he was to perform for his comeback This is It in July
Diana Ross and Stevie Wonder will also be performing for the album.
The tribute concert will mark Jackson's 51st birthday on August 29.
