On the Other Side of Fame: SRK Films Fan in Mumbai Chawl

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is experiencing firsthand what it's like to be the opposite of famous. The actor was spotted shooting for his upcoming film Fan, which is directed by Maneesh Sharma, on April 6. In the film, SRK plays a fan of an actor.

Unsurprisingly, it was hard to keep the real fans at bay as SRK shot in a black and yellow taxi.

Shah Rukh's costume consisted of jeans and a checked shirt.

We're not really sure what's going on here - it looks like SRK is prostrating himself but maybe he just tripped and fell over.

Bollywood's action hero Sunny Deol is back to punch his enemies harder with his dhayi kilo ka haath in Ghayal Returns, the sequel to Rajkumar Santoshi's 1990 action blockbuster Ghayal in which he co-starred with Meenakshi Seshadri. In this picture from the sets of the film, the actor seems to be running for his life.

Ghayal Returns reportedly takes off from where Ghayal ended and also reportedly stars Om Puri, Soha Ali Khan and Prachi Desai in key roles.

Sunny, who seems to have maintained himself very well, is also directing the film.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan was spotted shooting for his upcoming film Fan in Mumbai on December 21. The scene required him navigate a crowd furtively, shrouded in a hoodie.

When not in his hoodie, Shah Rukh wore a cap so as to not attract attention to himself. The film, directed by Maneesh Sharma, is being produced by Yash Raj Films.

Meanwhile, actors Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan were spotted in Varanasi shooting for director Shoojit Sircar's Piku late into the night.

Deepika was dressed in an all-black outfit with a checked shawl to beat the chill. The film also stars megastar Amitabh Bachchan and is slated to release in 2015.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone can't resist that badminton racquet. The actress, who is the daughter of ace badminton player Prakash Padukone, was spotted playing badminton on the sets of Piku, which she is currently filming in Kolkata.

Big B, who plays father to Deepika Padukone's character in the movie, looked endearing in a sleeveless jacket worn over a pink kurta and Khaki trousers. The hat completed his Bohemian look.

Ahead - Suit Up! The Bachchan Way

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan joined hands with NDTV and Dettol to launch a nationwide campaign called Banega Swachh India to create awareness about the importance of proper hygiene and sanitation in rural India, and raise funds to build toilets. The event took place in Mumbai on September 25.

Big B looked dapper in a balck formal suit.

Big B Shakes His Bootiya With Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor

Actors Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor were on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati's latest season in a bid to promote their upcoming film Finding Fanny.

They also got Mr Bachchan to dance with them on the song Shake Your Bootiya from their film. We are sure Pankaj Kapur and Naseeruddin Shah would enjoy watching him try the steps as much as the audience will when the show is aired.

Mr Bachchan is amused and surprised by Deepika and Arjun's carefree moves.

Seems like everybody's doing Korean dance rage ‘gangnam style.' Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif, who will be seen romancing each other on screen for the first time in Yash Chopra's Jab Tak Hai Jaan, were spotted on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati dancing with host Big B.

Amitabh Bachchan posted this picture on Facebook and wrote: "On KBC with Shah Rukh and Katrina .. doing the 'gangnam style' .. such fun !!"

The three seem to be having a lot of fun on the show, which will be aired on November 4. So much fun, that SRK was a late arrival at Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor's wedding that evening.

Big B wrote: "Fooling around with Katrina and ShahRukh on KBC ... getting her to say a dialogue from my film .. do not miss this episode .. it is quite something !!!"

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan returns to the romance genre with Jab Tak Hai Jaan and he unveiled the second song Saans at an event in Mumbai.

Co-star Katrina Kaif, currently shooting for Dhoom: 3 in the US, was included in the proceeding via video chat.

Katrina Kaif also got tips from the king of romance - SRK told her to have her chin down and look up, to stand straight and to look into his eyes while shooting.

Shah Rukh Khan, who looked suave in his black suit, said his perception about love has not changed over the years.

SRK says he is in love with the whole idea of on-screen romance. "I fall in love with the story idea and the belief of love in it. I like the whole idea of the love story. I believe in every scene that I do. I think I can understand and emote love."

Is he getting old? SRK whips out a pair of glasses to figure out things on his computer. But we still love him.

Katrina also made a drawing for SRK. Hmmm. She's no Picasso.
