Revealed: Sonakshi Sinha's Tevar

We got a glimpse behind the scenes at actress Sonakshi Sinha from the sets of her upcoming film Tevar. She seems to be practicing her dance moves on what appears to be a garage lit up with fancy lights. A choreographer is also seen trying to help the actress with some moves. Tevar also features Arjun Kapoor, and is a remake of a Telugu film.

Sonakshi Sinha didn't get an off on her birthday but that doesn't mean she missed out on fun. The actress' Holiday cast and crew mates organized a cake for her 27th birthday on June 2 at an event promoting the film. Here, she's pictured cutting the cake with co-star Akshay Kumar and producer Vipul Shah. Sonakshi looked pretty in white shirt and a summery printed skirt by Zara.

The evening before, Sonakshi brought in her birthday with a bunch of her friends at a Mumbai hotspot. This picture proves a good time was had by all, including Bollywood buddies Arjun Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, director Vikramaditya Motwane and model Niketan Madhok.

Coming Up: Sonakshi Invites Arjun, Sidharth to her Birthday Party

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha says she doesn't have friends in Bollywood but there was evidence of at least four at her birthday party on the night of June 1 at Mumbai's Olive Bar. The actress, who was bringing in her 27th birthday, was dressed to party in black.

Friend #1 was Sonakshi's Tevar co-star Arjun Kapoor, in an Elvis-printed T-shirt and bandanna.

Friend #2 was Hasee Toh Phasee actor Sidharth Malhotra, looking edgy in a black T-shirt emblazoned with skulls.

Friend #3 was Vikramaditya Motwane, who directed Sonakshi in Lootera, with wife Ishika Mohan.

Friend #4 was model and former Bigg Boss contestant Niketan Madhok, dressed in pink and grey.

Bollywood stars have been busy keeping up appearances at various events around town or just meeting old friends discreetly. Actress Sonakshi Sinha played hostess for a special screening of Rio 2 for the children from Smile Foundation at PVR ECX in Andheri, Mumbai on April 6. She wore a star printed short dress for the occasion.

Actress Kalki Koechlin attended a press conference organized by Rahul Bose's NGO H.E.A.L which aims to curb Child Sexual Abuse on April 7. She caused quite a stir when she admitted that she herself was abused as a child.

Actress Meghana Naidu was also playing on the same team.

The lead actors of upcoming film Purani Jeans, Tanuj Virwani, Aditya Seal and Izabelle Leite, were spotted having lunch at a restaurant in Mumbai on April 8.

Meanwhile Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha launched the second trailer of her upcoming film R...Rajkumar. Sonakshi looked beautiful in a fluorescent green double shaded sari.

Sonakshi's R...Rajkumar co-star Sonu Sood looked handsome in a white T-shirt paired with blue denims.

Sonakshi and Sonu did a small jig together.

R...Rajkumar director Prabhu Deva was all smiles during the event.

Elsewhere, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan launched the film Heartless, directed by Shekhar Suman. Big B looked handsome in a blue velvet jacket worn with a pair of grey trousers.

Ariana Ayam, the leading lady of Heartless, looked lovely in a beige net sari worn with a red blouse.

Shekhar Suman's son Adhyayan, who is also the lead actor of Heartless, looked dashing in a black bandhgala.

Bollywood actor John Abraham attended the launch of NDTV Good Times' new show John Abraham: A Simple Life in Mumbai. The show will be aired from November 18-21.
