Kishore fails to turn up at the temple and a heart-broken Krishnaveni wanders around the city. She ends up in a “red-light” area where Ganesh comes to her rescue and saves her from the local goons.
Ganesh takes Krishnaveni back to India where he finds out that her marriage has been arranged with a much older man. Therefore, they flee to Kuala Lumpur.
