Saif's first event after midnight brawl
Actor Saif Ali Khan, in the news for a brawl with Iqbal Sharma inside south Mumbai's plush Taj Palace hotel, today appeared for an event.
He was present at the unveiling of the trophy for the World Series Hockey.

Saif Ali Khan says he plans to promote his home production Agent Vinod through the World Series Hockey starting on Feb 29. -
Saif and the Indian hockey team pose with the trophy. -
"Hockey needs to be promoted and even Agent Vinod needs a platform. Like hockey even Agent Vinod has national hero in it. Both need attention and that is how both are connected," Saif told reporters. -
Saif has a cross-marketing tie-up with the series and his film Agent Vinod. -
Talking about his association with hockey, Saif said: "Since hockey is our national game, more films should be made on this subject. Hockey does deserve much more importance." -
So far the only commercially successful film on hockey has been the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chak De! India. -

Despite the midnight brawl and the events which followed, including arrest and release on bail, Saif remained poised at the event. -
