Twitter erupted with reactions from overjoyed celebrities after actor Salman Khan's sentence of five years in jail was suspended by the Bombay High Court pending appeal.

On May 6, a Sessions Court had found Mr Khan guilty of drunkenly driving over a group of men sleeping on a pavement, killing one.
