Veteran actor Rekha presented Shah Rukh Khan the fourth Yash Chopra Memorial Award In Mumbai on Saturday. The award commemorates Mr Chopra by honouring excellence in the field of cinema.
SRK is the fourth recipient of the award. Previously the honour was given to Amitabh Bachchan, singer Lata Mangeshkar and Rekha, who presented this year's award.
Shah Rukh Khan has featured in Yash Chopra's hit films like Darr, Dil Toh Pagal Hai and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. The 51-year-old actor said, "This is one of the most important evenings of my life. I am very emotional."
