  • Halle Berry: The former Bond girl also joins the list of star presenters this year. Halle Berry won Best Actress in 2001 for her performance in Monster's Ball, becoming the first African-American actress to do so. Her emotion filled acceptance speech narrowly beats her other famous Oscar moment, the last time she presented an award in 2003, when she was scooped up into an inpromptu and on stage kiss by Best Actor winner Adrien Brody.

  • Colin Firth: The British actor swept Best Actor awards last year as a stammering King George VI in The King's Speech will be back to hand out an award this year.
  • Melissa Leo: Last year's Best Supporting Actress for The Fighter will present this year. She also won the Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
