After Emraan Hashmi's turn in hit movie, The Dirty Picture, the actor is up next in Jannat 2, debutante opposite Esha Gupta.
Jannat 2 is a sequel to the 2008 hit film, Jannat which was based on the match-fixing industry.
Directed by Kunal Deshmukh, it is produced by Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt under the banner, Vishesh Films.
Other actors include Randeep Hooda and Imran Zahid.
Model-turned-actress Esha Gupta, who makes her debut in the film, won the Miss India International title in 2007 and was featured in the Kingfisher Calender 2010.
The movie is about the illegal arms trade in Delhi.
Emraan portrays the role of a small town boy who comes to Delhi with big dreams and gets trapped in the underbelly of the city.
