It's yet another mega weekend for Bollywood with two big ticket films coming face to face at the box office with both Teen Patti and Karthik Calling Karthik hitting the big screen simultaneously.

Karthik Calling Karthik has a debutant director Vijay Lalwani, while Leena Yadav (Teen Patti) has the Sanjay Dutt-Aishwarya Rai starrer Shabd to her credit.
Leena Yadav has put together an impressive star cast for her film. Amitabh Bachchan shares screen space with Oscar-winning actor Sir Ben Kingsley.
Teen Patti also features R Madhavan, Saira Mohan and Raima Sen.

Leena Yadav's second film has four debutants: Dhruv Ganesh, Shraddha Kapoor (Shakti Kapoor's daughter), Siddharth Kher and Vaibhav Talwar.
Vijay Lalwani's film has director-turned-actor-cum-singer Farhan Akhtar and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. Ram Kapoor and Shefali Shah play supporting roles in the film.
Oscar-winning editor Hughes Winborne was roped in to edit Teen Patti.

Winborne, who has edited Will Smith starrer In Pursuit Of Happyness and Seven Pounds and won an Oscar for his editing in Paul Haggis's Crash.
Salim Sulaiman have composed the music for Teen Patti. The Merchant brothers have also composed hit music for films such as, Dor, Chak De India , Aaja Nachle, Fashion and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.
The music credit for Karthik Calling Karthik goes to the trio Shankar Ehsaan Loy.

The lyrics for Karthik Calling Karthik have been penned by Javed Akhtar while the Irfan Siddiqui wielded the poet's pen for Teen Patti.
Teen Patti is set in England and revolves around mathematical probability and the world of gambling.
Ben Kingsley essays the role of Perci Trachtenberg, widely regarded as the world's greatest living mathematician.
Amitabh Bachchan plays Venkat a reclusive math genius from India.
Karthik Calling Karthik is the story of a lovable loser Karthik (Farhan Akhtar), whose life changes with the help of someone who also claims to be Karthik (Deepika Padukone).
Which of the two films will rake in the most moolah at the box office is for the public to decide. And the public does love to have some options while they queue up for the tickets.
