The actor was approached for the remake of the TV series Fauji, which he rejected. Tiger was also offered the remake of his father's film Hero by Subhash Ghai, which he again refused.

Tiger, who choreographed his own stunts in the film, also received the fifth degree black belt after Kukkiwon officials saw his stunts and action sequences in Heropanti. Tiger has been practicing martial arts since he was a child.
