Top 10 Filmfare award moments

This year the Filmfare awards was special in more ways than one. To start with, superstar Shah Rukh Khan opened the gala awards evening with a stellar performance. He performed to a medley of songs, which he himself sang, to celebrate 100 years of cinema.

Double trouble: SRK and Saif were back on stage to host the show together. They entertained the audience with their witty and whacky one-liners. The last time they hosted was in 2010.

This year's Filmfare awards also got to witness a budding friendship between Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, who stuck together on stage and off it as well.

Talking of girl bonding, Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit too sealed their friendship with a kiss at the awards night. The two actresses and ex-rivals, also sat next to each other on the front row.

Best Actor Ranbir Kapoor is a happy man. He bagged the Filmfare trophy and gorgeous Rekha's blessings too.

Vidya Balan is happy to be in the company of two of her favourite ladies - Rekha and the Filmfare trophy.

Priyanka had SRK and Saif dance to the tune of the song Darling. Joining the trio on stage was singer Usha Uthup.

Ayushmann Khurrana aka Vicky Donor had two leading ladies - Priyanka and Deepika - hand him the trophy. He couldn't have asked for more.

It was a special moment for Pamela Chopra, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of her late husband Yash Chopra. Madhuri Dixit handed over the trophy to Pamela Chopra.

The winners take it all: Ranbir and Vidya won the Best Actor and Best Actress trophies together for the second year in a row.
