Director Mohit Suri and his long-time girlfriend Udita Goswami have announced that they will tie the knot and settle in matrimony if Suri's latest venture Crook: It's Good to be Bad succeeds.

An Assamese, Udita Goswami was born and brought up in Dehradun, India.
She comes from a conservative family and her parents initially were against her taking up modeling as a career. But as she always nursed hopes of becoming an actress, they had to finally give in and support her career.
Before entering the movie industry, Udita modeled for brands like Pepsi, Titan watches, Donear Ply and Nokia among many others. She also walked the ramp for designers like Suneet Verma and Tarun Tahiliani.
When on the one hand the pretty lady did fairly well as a model, luck did not favour her in Bollywood as much.
Her first Bollywood movie was Pooja Bhatt's Paap where she was paired opposite John Abraham. The movie was the first of its kind to be released at the Karachi International Film Festival. Even though it bombed at the box-office, the movie received critical acclaim. Udita was noticed not so much for her acting but for her skin-show.
After a gap of one year, Udita was seen again as Anna Verghese in Zeher. She played the ‘other woman' in Emraan Hashmi's life and her portrayal of a femme fatale was positively received. Yet again the actress had no qualms about showing off her figure.
Aksar, her second movie with ‘serial-kisser' Emraan Hashmi and first with Dino Morea, again had quite a few steamy scenes. The movie received very bad reviews. However, Udita was fast earning quite a reputation as a ‘bold' actress.
Aggar had Udita cast opposite Tusshar Kapoor . Expectedly, the movie garnered a lot of interest for the bold love-making scenes rather than the storyline.
Udita Goswami, Sagarika Ghatke and Arjun Rampal teamed up in Fox. The film was declared to be below average by both the audience and the critics.
Chase's summer release did not do much for the action film as it performed poorly at the box office. Jagmohan Mundra, director of films like Provoked, failed to deliver the best out of Udita.
Horror-thriller Rokkk had Udita Goswami and Tanushree Dutta sharing the screen space with Emraan Hashmi. Rokkk too failed miserably, with many calling it an ‘utter disaster'.
Udita has been cast opposite Akshay Kumar in Helloo India. The movie is yet to be released.
Udita also gyrated to the remixed version of Kya Khoob Lagti Ho opposite Upen Patel. The item song was deemed as entertaining by the audience.
