After conquering Cannes, actress Vidya Balan wins over New York. The actress was the Grand Marshal of the India Day parade, which celebrates the Indian Independence Day, in New York on Monday (August 19, 2013).

Vidya led the parade waving the Indian tricolour.

Vidya was traditional in a lehenga by Asmita Marwah complete with the Grand Marshal sash at the parade.
