No-one can beat Lady Gaga when it comes to doing things in style. Here, she arrives at Macy's in New York in a horse-drawn carriage to launch her first fragrance, Lady Gaga Fame. The flamboyant singer drove up wearing what looked like a giant version of her perfume bottle. Later, she emerged wearing only her lingerie and had a tattoo inked on the back of her head. Phew!
-
Another outrageous Lady Gaga moment. The singer appears totally naked in the advertisement of her first perfume, Fame.
The black and white ad shows tiny men crawling all over Gaga's unclothed body to preserve her modesty.
Gaga posted the picture taken by photographer Steven Klein on Twitter and wrote, " I won't lie I'm a bit nervous. It's been a while since I've shared some work with you. But I'm so proud of Steven + I, we really did not sleep!"
Coming up: Gaga's neon arrival in Taiwan. -
Nothing gets this Lady down. Gaga's known for her outrageous outfits, none more so than the meat dress she wore in 2010. Could she really have developed a fondness for this beefy number? Or does she just enjoy causing a commotion? Knowing the Lady, both. She wore another meat dress at the Born This Way concert in Tokyo and posted a picture of herself on Twitter, in which she is surrounded by fake animal carcasses. Lady Gaga has not confirmed whether this dress too is made of actual raw meat like the earlier version.

Lady Gaga appeared at the 2010 MTV Awards in a dress made entirely of raw steak by Argentine designer Franc Fernandez. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) was quick to condemn the newest addition to Lady Gaga's already bizarre wardrobe. "Lady Gaga has a hard time being 'over the top. Someone should whisper in her ear that there are more people upset by butchery than impressed by it," the animal rights group said. But then a theatrical sartorial taste is not exactly new for the popstar.

The white peplum waisted dress is by designers Alpana and Neeraj, and the space age-y hat is by Indian label Little Shilpa. Gaga had appeared in a tricolor-inspired hairdo when she was in India in October last year.

Coming up: Gaga tones it down for India. -
The music and fashion icon, who was in India last year to perform at a Formula 1 after party, looked stunning and somewhat staid in this floral creation.
The Judas singer adapted marvellously to Indian sentiments in this one-shoulder designer gown, keeping it prim and proper with a hairbun, as well. Coming up: Gaga's bizarre Calderone act -
Gaga attended Convent of the Sacred Heart, a private all-girls Roman Catholic school. She has stressed that she does not come from a wealthy background, saying that her parents, Cynthia and Joseph Germanotta, "both came from lower-class families, so we've worked for everything – my mother worked eight to eight out of the house, in telecommunications, and so did my father."
-
She described her school life as "very dedicated, very studious, very disciplined" but also "a bit insecure" as she told in an interview, "I used to get made fun of for being either too provocative or too eccentric, so I started to tone it down. I didn't fit in, and I felt like a freak."
