Zohra Segal's 100th birthday party
Zohra Segal, the grand old lady of Indian cinema, celebrated her 100th birthday yesterday and cut her birthday cake in her own inimitable style.

Flowers for the birthday girl. Zohra Segal has had a long and illustrious career in dance, theatre and film. She started out as part of famous dancer Uday Shankar's troupe of artistes and then moved to acting, joining Prithvi Theatre. She's appeared in films as diverse as Bhajji On The Beach, Dil Se, Bend It Like Beckham, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Cheeni Kum.
