5 Pics: Air Force Team Rescues People From Flood Affected Chennai

The Indian Air Force today airlifted 22 people, including 12 infants, from rainwater-inundated parts of the city in Chennai.

12 infants and 10 adults, including six women were airlifted today. The helicopter took off from the Tambaram base.

At least 71 people have died due to the rains in Tamil Nadu.

They also airdropped 100 litres of water and 150 food packets.
