Surprising many, Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi wore a sporty, flamboyant outfit as he carried out a check on the progress of Sabarmati river front development project in Ahmedabad on thursday. Modi posed for cameras as his ministers and bureacracts looked on. Someting that MOdi rarely does, perhaps another makeover.Taking a shot at the cowbody image.
