Bishwajeet Banerjee has vowed to make fitness a priority. Here's his #MyFit100Days success story so far.

Workouts by and large went well for Biswajeet this week. Whether it was walking, planking or stretching, he tried to attempt and complete all of the allocated tasks.

On his Week 14 Fitness Plan Biswajeet says, "I always take care of my water intake. It purifies my body and soul. Here I packed already the set target - 3 liters of water. Lemon water is the one which I regular use."

Walk On: Regular walks and keeping a count of his steps, helped Biswajeet scale up by the end of the week. "I walked some 9 kilometers on barefoot. Counted some 14000 steps using GOQii band," says the Gold Medal winner.

Opting for Superfoods: Biswajeet says, "Whenever carving for sweet, I either go for fruits or fruit juices. Banana is one such fruit - sweet and yummy. And with super seeds such as roasted broad beans, which contain high nutrients and folate, the body gets forged to last."

Work hard, stay strong: Bishwajeet starts his day early with a regular jog. "Just 6200 steps and 50 minutes of workout today, felt a bit exhausted by yesterday's workouts."

Track what you do:Bishwajeet diligently keeps track of all his activity, including his sleep, to ensure that he is not missing out any aspect of the #MyFit100Days plan. "Good sleep is important for me and that's why I try to limit my Phone and PC use."

Doing it right: Bishwajeet backs up all the physical activity by increasing consumption of fluids.

"No pain, no gain. And that's why I have cut my direct sugar intake this week to almost zero and opted for Stevia instead of sugar with my morning Lemon-pudina sharbat," says Bishwajeet Banerjee.
