Comic Con India (CCI) was started with an inaugural show in February of 2011 in Delhi. Held over two days, it featured 25 exhibitors and attracted close to 5,000 visitors. Over the years, Comic Con India has become one of India's greatest pop-culture experiences.

The key highlight of the entire convention, the creatively dressed cosplayers showcased their talent by displaying their costumes while battling it out during the entire weekend for the Cosplay Contest.
