    Cyclone Phailin has hit communication lines and power supply in Odisha, Revenue & Disaster Management Minister Surya Narayan Patra told NDTV. In capital Bhubaneswar, there was no power all of last night as the power supply was cut as a precautionary measure as strong winds have uprooted trees and electricity poles, Mr Patra added.
