Devotees Celebrate Birth Anniversary Of Guru Nanak Dev
Devotees across the country celebrated the 550th birth anniversary of Sikhism founder Guru Nanak Dev on Tuesday. Many thronged the Gurudwara Harmandar Sahib, popularly known as Golden Temple, offered prayers and took a holy dip in the "sarovar" to mark the celebration. People in Delhi also lit candles and offered prayers at the Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib and Gurdwara Bangla Sahib on the occasion.
