Heavy Rain in Manipur Causes Landslide, Flood. Rescue Teams Being Sent.
20 people have died in landslide caused by heavy rain in the Joumol village in Manipur's Chandel district, Deputy Commissioner Robert Khetrimayum said.
Choppers have been trying to reach areas cut off by roads in Manipur's Chandel and Thoubal districts, as government starts sending rescue teams for operations.
