Heavily armed terrorists shouting "Allahu Akbar" attacked an upscale cafe in Dhaka, killing 20 people inside, before police stormed the building on Saturday and rescued 13 hostages, ending the 12-hour siege.
Six of the attackers were killed by Bangladeshi forces this morning and 13 hostages were rescued.
The ISIS group claimed responsibility for the attack, according to the SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadis activity online.

Bangladesh security forces ended a siege today after storming a cafe in Dhaka where dozens of diners had been held captive through the night.
The hostage crisis marks an escalation from a recent spate of murders claimed by ISIS and Al Qaeda on liberals, foreigners and religious minorities.
