A least five coaches of the Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express derailed in Uttar Pradesh today evening. The incident took place in Khautali in Muzaffarnagar, barely 100 kilometres from the national capital. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu is personally monitoring the situation and has instructed senior officers to ensure speedy rescue and relief operations.
