It was heartening to see critically acclaimed at talented actress Manisha Koirala in New Delhi for NDTV's Youth For Change Conclave. The actress, who gave innumerable memorable performances in the '90s through to the early 2000s was part of the session that addressed - "Are we moving towards a healthy life or away from it?"

Nepalese origin Manisha isn't just a Bollywood actress, but also a cancer survivor, UNFPA Goodwill Ambassador and social activist. In the past few years, she has advocated the need for the new generation to move towards being more healthy.
She looked radiant in an all-white ensemble. -
The actress spoke about the need to reduce stress, and focus on being fit. "I feel cancer has gifted me a realisation to value life and value health. Lifestyle is a key aspect. Stress is the root of diseases today. It is fashionable to be fit. Then why not focus on the interior and well as exterior."

The actress was joined by Baba Ramdev, who has revolutionized the Indian market with his natural home-bred products.

The Indian swami and yogrishi has popularized yoga across the world, an ancient technique which promotes a healthier lifestyle.

Ramdev arrived in his inimitable style.

He gave some advice to today's youth as well: "If you do 20 minutes of exercise in a day, you will never get blood pressure, obesity, diabetes," he said. "Stay healthy and wealthy."
