Monsoon Magic: When the Rain Gods smile

A good monsoon equals prosperity and the opposite equals drought,crop falure and hardship for the farmers. For the common man,it is a much needed relief from the scathing heat, a time for tea and pakoras and just enjoying the magic that monsoon creates. In India,the monsoon symbolises creativity, regeneration,prosperity and gives the people a reason to celebrate.Rains depict a new lease of life. Young children are seen getting wet in the rain and playing with paper boats and having puddle water fights. Monsoon creates an air of fresh energy and spirit.
