Monsoon: Through surfers' eyes

NDTV's Monsoon Express is not only an attempt to track and follow the arrival of monsoon but also an enchanting journey to capture the feeling of joy and elation in the hearts of people as rain arrives.

The journey could never have been successful without the participation of people across the country. Thus, to identify all the colours of the beautiful season, we asked surfers to share their favourite monsoon pictures with us and tell us what the season means to them.

The overwhelming response to the initiative is indicative of the fact that even with such diversity in religion, region and language, monsoon unites all Indian hearts in a monotone of delight and harmony.
