National Safety Science Quiz 2017: Meet The Teams That Cracked The Zonal Rounds

127 teams from 64 schools fought it out in Bengaluru in the Zonal rounds.

Out of 127 teams, Sucheth Hegde and Pavan B.S from St. Paul's English School emerged winners of the Bengaluru round. The winners were felicitated by the UL speaker Ashish Mathur alongwith the quiz master Kunal Svarkar.

Ananya G. Upadhya and Varsha G. from Sri Kumaran Childrn's Home were the runner-up team, while St. Mary's English Medium School, Udupi showed maximum participation in the online rounds of NSSQ 2017 to clinch the title of the Most Safety Smart School from Bengaluru.

46 teams from 28 schools competed in the Zonal Round of NSSQ 2017 conducted at Mother's Public School, Bhubaneswar.

Mukund Choudhary and Priyanshi Tripathi from Krishna Public School, Raipur emerged winners after battling it out with 45 other teams.

Bibhuti Bhusan Pradhan and Dibya Jyoti Tripathy from Guru Nanak Public School received the runner-up reward from UL Speakers Manjunath V and Monalisa Das and quiz master Rahil Sur.

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Khurdha Road won the title of the Most Safety Smart School.

90 teams from 45 schools participated in the National Safety Science Quiz 2017 Zonal Round held at T N Rajarathinam Pillai Hall, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Harsh Yadav and Adithya Nathan from Chettinad Vidyashram were the winners of the Chennai Zonals. They were felicitated by the UL speaker Srinivasa Desikan V. and the Quiz Master Meghavi.

Jayanth N and Ankit. A from DAV Boys Senior Secondary School, Gopalapuram grabbed the title of runner-up. Both the teams will now participate in NSSQ National Semi-Finals 2017.

Maximum participation from Vaels International School, Injambakka helped them clinch the title of the Most Safety Smart School.

National Safety Science Quiz 2017 Zonal Round in Delhi saw a massive participation of 232 teams from 115 schools. The Zonal Rounds were held at NCUI Auditorium, New Delhi.

UL speaker Mr Sudhir Zutshi and quiz master Kunal Savarkar awarded the well-deserved winners of a hard fought zonals to Ameya Dehada and Rishabh Garg from Lotus Valley International School.

Arya Sagar and Anay Sinha from Sanskriti School came in second and will now represent their school team along with the winning team in the next round of the quiz.

Jodhamal School from Jammu showed maximum participation in the online rounds of NSSQ 2017 and secured the title of the Most Safety Smart School, Delhi, 2017.

Hyderabad saw 71 teams from 33 schools participate in the National Safety Science Quiz 2017 Zonal Round held at Bharatiya Vidhya Bhawan.

Students of Timpany Senior Secondary were adjudged winners of this Zonal Round and were honoured by UL speaker Tej Kumar Behara and quiz master Meghavi for making it to the next round.

The Runner up title went to Sahil Vijay Wad and M Bhanu Yeshwanth from Meridian School.

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Jubilee Hills proudly lifted the trophy of the Most Safety Smart School in the Hyderabad zonal.

The Zonal Round of National Safety Science Quiz 2017 conducted at the GD Badaya Auditorium, Jaipur, saw 108 students participate.

Winners of NSSQ 2017 Zonal Round were sudents from SR Global School who were felicitated by UL speaker Hitesh Jain.

Students from Cambridge Court School clinched the title of runner-up and will now represent their school along with the winning team in the National Round of NSSQ 2017.

Also, Rainbow School, Jhotwara, won the title of the Most Safety Smart School, Jaipur, 2017.

Kolkata Zonal round saw a turnout of 106 students from 27 schools.

While students of DAV Model School, Durgapur were adjudged winners, students of Delhi Public School were the runner-up. Teams making it to the next round were awarded by the UL speaker Aditi Choudhury and quiz master Sayantan Guha.

Assam Valley School, Balipara was successful in clinching the title of the Most Safety Smart School from Kolkata.

Lucknow, the city of Nawabs witnessed 120 students from 37 schools participate in National Safety Science Quiz Zonal ROund. The event was held at Paryatan Bhavan Auditorium.

After a close fight in Zonal Round, Swapnil Srivastaava and Shashwat gupta bagged the top spot and emerged winners.

Ritika Singh and Harshit Sehgal from Swaraj India Public School attained the runner-up position.

The title of the Most Safety Smart School of Lucknowwas secured by Awadh Public School, Sharda Nagar.

The Zonal Round of National Safety Science Quiz 2017 held at Mumbai saw participation of 210 students.

Aditya Vencateran Basu and Hardit Sarabhwal from Campion School emerged as winners and were awarded by UL Speaker Bunty Kundnani.

The students of Birla School, Kalyan were runner up and will now represent their school team along with the winning team in the NSSQ National Rounds.

Hiranandani Foundation School, Powai showed maximum participation in the online rounds of NSSQ 2017 and procured the title of the Most Safety Smart School in this Zonal Round.

135 students participated in the National Safety Science Quiz 2017, Zonal Round held at the Nehru Memorial Hall, Pune.

The students from The Bishops School qualified as winners from this Zonal Round and were awarded by th UL Speaker Vikram Kotru and the Quiz Master Seema Chari.

The winners will be accompanied by runner-up team of Advait K and Ayushi M from Poddar International School, Pimpri in the NSSQ National Rounds.

With maximum participation in the online rounds of NSSQ 2017, Deolali High School, Nashik emerged as the Most Safety Smart School.
