Hindustan Times: Several states including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana will partially ease restrictions and allow restaurants, malls and places of worship to reopen from Monday, in line with the first of a three-phase plan to lift lockdown curbs. India and China to continue military and diplomatic engagements to resolve a weeks-old standoff along the Line of Actual Control, the external affairs ministry said.
