As the Covid-19 outbreak in Delhi continued to spiral to record levels under the third wave of infections, the city reported yet another single-day record for cases as 6,842 new infections were detected on Wednesday. The outcome of the presidential election will not impact India's relationship with the US as it is based on bipartisan support, foreign secretary Harsh Shringla has said.
