Rajnath Singh, Chinese Defence Minister Meet In Moscow Amid Ladakh Tensions; Other Top Stories

  • Defence minister Rajnath Singh on Friday held talks with his Chinese counterpart General Wei Fenghe on the sidelines of the ongoing Shanghai Cooperation Organisation meet in Moscow at a time when the two nuclear powers have been locked in a border row in eastern Ladakh for around four months, officials familiar with the developments said. Ensuring social distancing and keeping the system hygienic at all times are the Delhi Metro's biggest challenges, according to DMRC managing director Mangu Singh who said the network expects ridership to be close to 30% of what it was before the lockdown.
  • The Army chief, General M.M.
