Sachin Tendulkar, CNR Rao receive Bharat Ratna

President Pranab Mujherjee honoured ace-cricketer Sachin Tedulkar and noted scientist Professor CNR Rao with country's highest civilian order Bharat Ratna at a ceremony at Rashtraprati Bhavan today.
