Storm brings more snow and rain to hurricane-battered New York

Little more than a week after Hurricane Sandy whipped the New York area with brutal winds and a record storm surge, a nor'easter began delivering more wind, snow and misery to the same places.

  • The National Weather Service said the latest storm was moving northward off the East Coast and would bring a wintry mix of precipitation to areas across the northern mid-Atlantic and northeast.
