Terror in Westminster: Car-And-Knife Attack In Heart Of London

Four people were killed in a "terrorist" attack in the heart of London Wednesday when a man mowed down pedestrians on a bridge, then stabbed a police officer outside parliament before being shot dead. An intruder, described by an eyewitness as "middle-aged South Asian", then broke into the grounds of the Parliament with two knives fatally stabbing a police officer. Scotland Yard said the attack, which comes a year to the day after the terrorist atrocities in Brussels, was being treated "as a terrorist incident until we know otherwise".
