Instead choose products which contain good fats, like MUFA, PUFA, Omega 3-rich.
Quick Tip: If the Nutrition Facts label says the product has "0 gm trans fat," that doesn't necessarily mean it has no trans fats. Read the ingredient label to see if it contains "partially hydrogenated oils." Those are trans fats too.
