Quick Tip: If the Nutrition Facts label says the product has "0 gm trans fat," that doesn't necessarily mean it has no trans fats. Read the ingredient label to see if it contains "partially hydrogenated oils." Those are trans fats too. -
Frozen beverages or smoothies contain high amounts of Trans fat, it's best to stay away from these. Some of these drinks can have as many as 9 grams of trans fat per serving.
