Winter Session Day 2, MPs Arrive At Parliament House

MPs arrived today at the Parliament House to attend the ongoing Winter Session. Rajya Sabha observed silence during an obituary reference and Congress leaders, led by party president Sonia Gandhi paid tribute to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her birth anniversary.
