World celebrates International Day of Climate Action
People around the world called for carbon emissions be cut to 350 parts per million (ppm) on the International Day of Climate Action.

Some 300 people gathered on the City Hall Square in Copenhagen on Saturday to form the logo of the 350 campaign.
The 350 ppm (parts per million) carbon dioxide was the amount of the gas identified by the scientists as upper limit in the atmosphere to arrest global warming effects. (AFP) -
Climate activists form the number 350, representing what scientists say is the safe upper limit for carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, in the center of Kiev, Ukraine to kick off the International Day of Climate Action on global warming.
