Pune:
Power supply to parts of the city will be cut off for 12 hours from 6 am to 6 pm due to erection of a high-tension power line from Kothrud to Phursungi by the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL).
According to a press statement, power feeders of 22 KV Dahanukar under Kothrud substation, 22 KV Rahatni under Rahatni substation and 22 KV Sangvi under NCL substation would be shut off from 6 am to 6 pm due to the work of the MSETCL. The infrastructure work would help improve the quality of power supply.
Power supply in other parts of the city would be cut off from 10 am to 5 pm due to repairs by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).
Repairing work will be undertaken in the electricity divisions of Padmavati, Bund Garden, Kothrud, Shivajinagar, Pimpri and Bhosari. The power supply will be cut off only in those localities where repairing work is undertaken.
