Hyderabad:
A 11-year-old boy living in a juvenile home in Hyderabad's Saidabad area was found dead in suspicious circumstances today.
The in-charge of the juvenile home said he had been unwell. But the police, who are investigating the case, suspect he had been sexually assaulted and murdered.
The body has been sent for postmortem, a police officer said.
The juvenile home had no system of segregating older and younger boys. There was no system of round-the-clock supervision either, the officer said.
The boy, who was a runaway from home, was from north India. He was living in the juvenile home since no police personnel was available to escort him home.
