Rameswaram: Sri Lankan navy has arrested 20 Tamil Nadu fishermen when they were fishing near Neduntheevu today, Fisheries Department sources said.
Their five boats were also seized.
The fishermen had ventured for fishing from Jagadapattinam and Kottaipattinam villages in Pudukotai district.
Assistant Director of Fisheries Phelomin Thiagarajan said four boats were from Jagadapattinam and one boat from Kottaipattinam.
