A team of officials from Andhra Pradesh Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today questioned former Karnataka minister G Janardhana Reddy in connection with the cash-for-bail scam.
Sources said the team posed several questions to Reddy in his cell in Bangalore Central Jail, but could not provide details.
They said the questioning might continue tomorrow.
ACB had arrested suspended CBI court judge Pattabhiraman on June 19 for allegedly taking a bribe to grant bail to Mr Reddy in the Obulapuram Mining company case, which was later set aside by the Andhra Pradesh High court.
