Bangalore: Former Karnataka chief minister B.S. Yeddyurappa, his two sons, son-in-law and nine others were on Monday granted bail by a court in Bangalore in a mining kickback case.
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Special Judge M.C. Biradar directed the accused to furnish a personal bond of Rs 200,000 each, not to influence prosecution witnesses, surrender their passports and not to leave the country without permission.
The court would next hear the case on January 29, 2013.
