Nagapattinam: A small cargo ship owned by a Mumbai-based shipping company drifted ashore near Nagapattinam.
All the 10 crew membes in the ship was rescued by fishermen, police said.
The ship, which had been anchored at Cuddalore, got disconnected due to strong waves and winds and it drifted and got grounded between Nagapattinam and Vailankanni last night.
The crew have sought the help of port authorities here to retrieve the ship, police said.
