Chennai:
National Conference chief and Union Minister Farooq Abdullah on Friday met DMK president M Karunanidhi in Chennai but said they did not discuss politics.
Abdullah told the media that while there were "some problems" within the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA), the issues would be sorted out. "By the grace of God, things would be better."
A former UPA ally, Karunanidhi has declared that the DMK won't join hands with the Congress in the 2014 general elections.
