Chennai: Sensor glass gate at airport collapses

Chennai: A sensor glass gate collapsed at the domestic terminal of the airport in Chennai today, injuring an employee.

According to airport sources, the incident happened at the domestic arrival side and AAI staff Saravanan suffered minor injuries.

This is the latest in a series of incidents of glass panels and false ceiling falling down at the new domestic and international terminals inaugurated last year.
