Bangalore: A Nigerian national allegedly involved in selling narcotics has been arrested here and
cocaine worth Rs 11.5 lakh seized from him, police said.
Besides the cocaine, Rs 2,035 in cash and a mobile phone was seized from 36-year-old Ideani Paul on Friday, they said.
Police said Paul had come to India on business in 2009 and continued staying in the country illegally though his visa had expired.
He was involved in the garment export business in Mumbai and when he faced losses, he established contact with one Mike, an African national and started selling cocaine through him, police said.
