Rajahmundry:
Union minister Vayalar Ravi today said the Congress party will surely win the upcoming by-elections in Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to reporters at the Madurapudi airport in Rajahmundry, Mr Ravi said, Congress is striving hard for victory in the forthcoming polls and there are no differences between Andhra Chief Minister and the state Congress chief.
Refusing to speculate on the number of seats Congress will bag in the by-elections, he said, "I am not an astrologer, but we will definitely win the bypolls."
By-elections are scheduled to be held for 18 assembly segments in Andhra Pradesh.
